You’ve heard the saying, ‘Behind every great man…’, well I am the other half of Lake Norman Mike and my job is to make sure all of our clients are met with and delivered exceptional customer service from initial consultation through the closing and beyond.  Although I have held a real estate license for 15 years and on occasion get out and show properties, you will normally find me in the office holding down the fort.  

Having been in the business for this long and being married to Mike who has been doing this since 1990, we have a pretty good handle on the stresses associated with a real estate transaction.  My job is to manage the systems that help to alleviate these stresses for both our agents and clients.   

This is one area where our experience really shines because, rest assured, there are very few situations that could occur in a real estate transaction that we have not experienced multiple times first hand.  We have learned how to navigate these and effectively handle them when they do occur.

On a personal note , my passions include running in half marathons (because I’m only half crazy), cooking, reading, and anything that allows me to be outside and preferably near the water. I love animals; dogs, horses and sea turtles being my favorites. And of course, our boxer, Dana!  She has a way of making us smile, even at the end of a long, sometimes hard day.
